Warranty

All homebuilders in B.C. are now required to be licensed with the Homeowner Protection Office. Your new home will have a "2-5-10 year" warranty registered with Pacific Home Warranty Insurance Company. In simple terms, this means that your home will be insured for up to 2 years for any defective "delivery systems". including: the heating, plumbing and electrical systems. In addition to this, your new home will be insured against water penetration for 5 years and against structural defects for 10 years.
